Privacy Policy for the Apex Business Consulting Group CRM app

Last updated September 5, 2026

The Apex Business Consulting Group CRM app is an internal tool for Apex Business Consulting Group staff. It is not offered to the public and it does not create accounts: a person signs in with the staff account the company already gave them, and the app shows the same client records that staff see in the company's web CRM.

What the app uses

Your sign-in. Your email address and a session token are stored on the phone so you stay signed in. Your password is sent only to the sign-in service and is never stored by the app.

Client records. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointments, documents, payment schedules and notes belong to Apex Business Consulting Group's clients and are handled under the company's agreements with those clients. The app reads and writes them through the company's own servers; a copy of recently viewed screens is kept on the phone so the app opens quickly, and it is removed when you sign out or delete the app.

Notifications. If you allow notifications, the phone's device token is stored so the company's server can tell you about new leads, bookings, payments, messages and reminders. Notifications are sent through Apple's notification service only. You can switch each kind off in the app, or all of them in Settings.

Caller ID. If you turn it on, a list of client and lead phone numbers with names is kept on the phone so incoming calls show who is calling. That list stays on the device.

Camera, photos and microphone. Used only when you choose to scan a document into a client's file or dictate a note. Images are uploaded to the company's document storage for that client; speech is transcribed by the phone and only the resulting text is saved. Nothing is captured in the background.

What the app does not do

The app contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and it does not sell or share data with third parties for their own purposes. It does not read your contacts, location, or any data outside the company CRM.

Where data lives

Client records are stored in the company's CRM database and document storage, hosted by Supabase and Vercel in the United States, protected by role-based access so each staff member sees only what their role allows.

Deleting data

Signing out removes the session, cached screens and notification registration from the phone. Deleting the app removes everything it stored locally. Staff accounts are managed by Apex Business Consulting Group; a former staff member's access is removed by the company when they leave.
